"I appreciated the supplementary articles and videos that went along with the course. It helped me to understand and broaden my knowledge".

"I learned to:Allowing youth to be the ones to determine and voice what their stressors are as well as allowing for an open conversation to happen and just listening"

"Helped me to understand details. Everyone experienced stress, but sometimes you don’t understand what is going on in your body, how you can help even to yourself. You have to start from yourself, to be able to advise someone else. It is very educational. Thank you".
