Youth (14-17)

It is hard being a teenager today and many Canadian teens are feeling stressed. According to Harvard’s Center for the Developing Child, helping young people identify and manage their stress is key to building essential life skills, and to promote positive social and emotional development.  As a parent, you can play a huge role in helping your teen to identify and manage their stress.
